What size are your flags?

All Cool Flags are standard 3 x 5 ft (90 x 150 cm) — the most popular size for hanging indoors or outdoors. They fit standard flag poles, wall mounts, and grommeted hangers.

Will the flag fit my flag pole?

Yes! Our 3 x 5 ft flags are compatible with most standard residential and commercial flag poles. They also hang great on walls, fences, garages, and dorm room ceilings.

Do you offer other sizes?

Currently all flags are made in our standard 3 x 5 ft size. If you need a custom size, reach out to us via our Contact Us page and we'll do our best to help.

Materials & Quality

What material are the flags made from?

Every flag is printed on 100% 100D polyester — a durable, lightweight fabric that looks sharp and holds up over time. It's the same material used in professional-grade flags.

Are the flags weather-resistant?

Our polyester flags can handle some light outdoor use, but for best results and longest life we recommend using them indoors or in covered outdoor areas. Prolonged direct sun and rain exposure may cause fading over time.

How many grommets do the flags have?

Each flag includes 4 sturdy metal grommets — two on each short side — making it easy to hang on poles, walls, fences, or any surface you've got.

Will the print fade or crack?

Our flags use high-quality dye-sublimation printing that bonds the ink directly into the fabric, so you won't get cracking or peeling like iron-on prints. Colors stay vivid with normal use.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

How long does shipping take?

All flags are custom printed to order. For U.S. customers, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we primarily ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us and we'll see what we can arrange.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your flag on its journey.

Usage & Hanging

How do I hang my flag?

The easiest way is to use the 4 metal grommets and some Command strips, S-hooks, zip ties, or a standard flag pole. For walls, push pins or removable adhesive strips work great without leaving marks.

Can I use the flag outdoors?

Absolutely — just know that extended exposure to sun, rain, and wind will reduce the flag's lifespan. For the sharpest look over the longest time, we recommend indoor display.

Can I wash my flag?

Yes! Hand wash or machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry — avoid putting it in a high-heat dryer as this can affect the fabric and print.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because every flag is custom printed to order just for you, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your flag arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

My flag arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund right away.

How long do I have to report an issue?

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues quickly.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Since flags are printed on demand, we begin production quickly after an order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you — though we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
